Program Director
Jessica Evans has been a resident of Pinellas County since 1983. She is a graduate of East Lake High School and St. Petersburg College. She has over two decades of educational experience working with young children, including many years as an education director. Jessica has dedicated her life and career to helping improve the lives of children and families in Pinellas County.
Jessica received her associate degree in early childhood education and a bachelor’s degree in educational studies and community leadership from St. Petersburg College. She also holds a Florida Staff Credential through the Department of Children and Families. Jessica is an active member of the Florida Association for the Education of Young Children. She has sat on the board for the Pinellas Association for the Education of Young children as the President Elect and as a committee member for Pinellas Technical College’s Childcare Apprenticeship Program.
